It’s summertime in the Ozarks and it’s time for the annual summer city-wide Yards & Yards of Yard Sales. Find that special treasure you’ve been searching for at yard sales all around town. Maps are available at the Chamber of Commerce.

Del Shores-Six Characters In Search Of A Play

Sordid Lives creator Del Shores’ new one-man show, directed by Emerson Collins, proves once and for all that he is not a writer, he’s a self-proclaimed thief! In “Six Characters In Search Of A Play,” Shores brings to life six one-of-a-kind characters he has met in real life that haven’t quite made it into one of his plays, films or TV shows. Angelo is back with “Drumming in the Park”. Come on down to Basin Spring Park, bring your drum and join in the fun. Everyone is encouraged to join in on the drumming circle.

The Eurekan Multisport Festival

Friday, Aug. 10-Sunday, Aug. 12

A three-day multi-sport festival consisting of a super sprint-distance triathlon on Friday afternoon; three different distance Gran Fondo road bike rides on Saturday; and three distances of runs on Sunday. Participants can enter individual events or take “The Eurekan” challenge, which consists of two different categories, full and half distances over three days. 2nd Saturday Gallery Stroll

The Gallery Association presents its special Second Saturday gallery stroll through historic downtown. The galleries stay open from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for your enjoyment with special artists’ showings and demonstrations. Light refreshments and wine served in participating shops & galleries.

Dancing in the Park

Banjo Rally International
