Lunch Menu selections:

Chicken Salad with Fresh Fruit

Ham and Turkey Croissant

Grilled Cheese Croissant with Tomato Soup

Egg Salad with Fresh Fruit

Chicken Strips 

All entreés are served with hot, fresh baked rolls, beverage and special dessert.

Dinner Menu selections:

“Chicken Eurekan” a Baked Chicken Breast in a White Cream Sauce  

“The Conductor” Prime Rib seasoned with Chef White’s secret rub, slow roasted and served au jus  

“The City of New Orleans” Trout Almondine  

“Chicken Primavera” Pasta with White Sauce  

“Vegetarian Primavera” Pasta with White Sauce  

All entreés are accompanied by our Chef’s Special soup & salad, fresh baked rolls, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables with hollandaise and Flaming Baked Alaska. 

If you would like Red Sauce with the Pasta Primavera then please specify in the Special Requirements box when booking.
