Mardi Gras parties scheduled from January to March

It's no secret Eureka Springs loves a good parade, but we might love Mardi Gras even more! Every year from January to March, the Krewe of Krazo encourages everyone in town –– locals and visitors alike –– to dress up and celebrate Mardi Gras Eureka Springs style.

This year, the theme is Comic Book Characters. The schedule is jam-packed, and you don't want to miss a single event.

Saturday, Jan. 12

“King's Day Kick-Off at 5 p.m. at the Rowdy Beaver where the 2019 Royal Court is debuted and leads the famous second line.

Umbrella decorating at 5:30 p.m. at Sparky's

Taste of N'Awlins from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Grand Central Hotel and Taverne featuring hot beignets, cafe au lait and the sounds of a jazz trio

ArtiGras Palette to Palate at 5:30 p.m. at the Crescent Hotel Conservatory

Friday, Feb. 22

Coronation Ball at 5:30 p.m. at Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center with the Grand Royal Procession, dinner and dancing

Eureka Gras Night Lights & Sound Parade at 6 p.m. in Downtown Eureka Springs

Black Light Ball at 7 p.m. at Chelsea's Corner Cafe and Bar

Friday, March 1

Jokers Masquerade Ball at 6 p.m. at Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center, where there will be a mini parade, buffet, dancing and costume contest

Eureka Gras Costume Day Parade at 2 p.m. in Downtown Eureka Springs

Sunday, March 3

Jazz Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crescent Hotel

Tuesday, March 5

King Cake Ball from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at St. Elizabeth's Parish Center featuring oyster bar, cajun dinner, dancing and a cash bar
